Si rende noto che è stata resa disponibile sul sito internet della società www.buzziunicem.com, sezione Investitori/Assemblee degli Azionisti e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato gestito da Spafid Connect S.p.A. , la proposta presentata da un gruppo di investitori istituzionali internazionali e nazionali, complessivamente titolari dello 0,9501% del capitale sociale ordinario di Buzzi Unicem, per la nomina di un amministratore e che sarà sottoposta alla prossima assemblea degli azionisti, convocata per il giorno 9 maggio 2019 in prima convocazione.

This is to inform that the proposal to appoint a Director, submitted by a group of Italian and foreign institutional investors overall holding 0.9501% of the common stock of Buzzi Unicem, has been made available to the public on the website www.buzziunicem.com, Investors/Shareholders' Meetings section, as well as on the authorized storage system , managed by Spafid Connect SpA. and will be submitted to the next General Meeting of Shareholders convened on 9 May 2019 on first call.
