- SHARE PURCHASE PLAN EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE

The Directors of Buxton Resources Limited (ASX: BUX & BUXO) (“BUX” or “Company”) advise that the Closing Date for applications under the Share Purchase Plan (Plan) as announced on 15[th] September 2014 will be extended to 5:00pm (WST) on Friday 3[rd] October 2014.

The extension will provide additional time for Shareholders to take advantage of the Plan by subscribing for up to AUD$15,000 new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (Shares) at an issue price of AUD$0.20 per Share to raise up to AUD$1,000,000.

The right to participate in the offer under the Plan is optional and is available exclusively to shareholders of BUX who were registered as holders of Shares at 5pm (AEST) on the Record Date of 2nd September 2014 and whose registered address is in Australia or New Zealand (Eligible Shareholders).

Set out below is an updated timetable for the Plan incorporating the extended Closing Date:

Record Date for SPP	2 September 2014
SPP Offer documents lodged on ASX	15 September 2014
Closing Date of SPP Offer	3 October 2014
Issue of New Shares	10 October 2014
Quotation of New Shares	10 October 2014
Dispatch of Holding Statements	13 October 2014

The above dates are indicative only. The Company reserves the right to further vary these dates. The new deadline for Eligible Shareholders to submit their Application Forms is 5:00pm (WST) on Friday 3[rd] October 2014.

The Company advises that Eligible Shareholders who have already applied for Shares under the Plan are not required to re-submit their Application Forms.
