Buxton Resources Limited (ASX: BUX) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Buxton Resources Limited (‘BUX’) will be halted at the request of BUX, pending the release of an announcement by BUX.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 7 April 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

Buxton Resources Limited (ASX: BUX & BUXO) hereby makes application for a trading halt of its securities and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.1:

• The Company makes the request pending an announcement of a capital raising;

• The Company requests the securities remain in pre-open until the earlier of an announcement or the commencement of trade on Tuesday 7 April 2026;

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

• The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
