DESPATCH OF PROSPECTUS

Buxton Resources Limited (ASX: BUX) is pleased to announce that the despatch of the Entitlement Issue Prospectus lodged with ASIC and ASX on 24[th] January 2011 has been completed.

The non-renounceable entitlement issue of 1 Share for every 4 Shares held by the Shareholders registered at 5.00 pm (WST) on 3[rd] February 2011 at an issue price of 22 cents per Share with a free option for every 2 shares subscribed, will raise up to approximately $1,762,200.66.

Acceptances for the offer will close at 5pm WST on 23[rd] February 2011.
