DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT/RESIGNATION

Buxton Resources Limited (ASX: BUX) welcomes Mr Feng (Frank) Xue who joins the board of Buxton as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Xue is an experienced mining executive and entrepreneur based in Shanghai. He currently serves as one of the experts on the strategic decision committee of China CEFC Energy Company Limited and as the general manager of Projects Management & Procurement Center of China CEFC Energy Company Limited.

Concurrently with the appointment of Mr Xue to the board, Liu (Leo) Xing Zhou, a Non-Executive Director of Buxton has advised that he intends to resign as a director of the Company. Leo has been a director of Buxton since 12 September 2012 and the Company wishes him well in his future endeavors.
