RETIREMENT OF STUART FOGARTY AS A DIRECTOR
Mr Stuart Fogarty, a Non-Executive Director of Buxton Resources Limited (ASX: BUX) has advised the Board that he intends to resign as a director of the Company, effective 30 June 2015.
Buxton Resources Chairman, Seamus Cornelius, commented:
"Stuart has been a director of Buxton since 11 July 2013 and has been a valuable contributor to the Board and the Company. The Company wishes him well in his future endeavours.”
With the recent capital raising and acquisition of the Double Magic project, the path forward for Buxton is very promising. Dr Julian Stephens remains on the Board as the technical lead.
