The Executive Board of Burgenland Holding AG certifies,
that, to the best of its knowledge, the annual financial statements of the company, prepared in compliance with internationally accepted accounting standards, present a fair and accurate picture of the profit, asset and financial position of the company;
that the Management Report presents the development and performance of the business in such a manner as to ensure a fair and accurate picture of the profit, asset and financial position, and that the principal risks and uncertainties have been described.
