(registered office: 1065 Budapest, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 57.; company registration number: 01-10-042813; tax number: 12041781-2-41; hereinafter "Company") hereby informs the investors in relation to the announcement of the payment of dividend (HUF 10 per shares) of the business year 2024 published on 14 May 2025, that the payment of the outstanding amount of dividend will be performed by the contribution of the Company instead of KELER Zrt. from the day of 1 st January, 2026.
