Please accept this email as a formal notice of my resignation from the position of CIO, e�ective immediately. This di�icult decision has been made due to health reasons that require my immediate attention.

In accordance with our company’s policy, I will serve the full notice period, and my last working day can be Nov 4, 2025. During my notice period, I will ensure a smooth transition of my roles and responsibilities, completing any outstanding tasks and assisting in the handover of my duties.
