Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Shri Nandkumar Saravade (DIN: 07601861) has resigned as the Public Interest Director (Independent Director) of BSE Limited, with effect from closure of business hours of Thursday, August 21, 2025, i.e. today, due to potential conflict with SECC Regulations 2018, due to his existing directorship on the Board of Jio BlackRock Asset Management Private Ltd as an Independent Director.

Accordingly, Shri Nandkumar Saravade shall also cease to be the Chairperson/ Member of all the Committees at BSE Limited, wherein he was a Chairperson/ Member.

Disclosure as per SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A .

Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Resignation from the Board of BSE Limited

As you would recall, I had given the intimation regarding my appointment as Independent Director on the Board of Directors of Jio Blackrock Asset Management Private Limited (Jio BlackRock), with effect from January 22, 2025.

Subsequently, it was brought to my notice that an application was made to obtain trading membership by one of the group company associated with Jio BlackRock, which could remotely pose potential conflict.

In view of the same, to ensure compliance with Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2018, I hereby tender my resignation as the Public Interest Director of BSE Limited with effect from close of business hours of August 21, 2025.

Consequently, I will also be stepping down from all the Committees wherein I am a Chairperson/Member.

I hereby confirm that there is no other material reason for my resignation other than the one mentioned above.

I take this opportunity to thank the Board and other Committee members for the support extended to me during my tenure as the Public Interest Director of BSE.
