Brief Profile	Shri Vivek Jain is a highly accomplished HR professional with over 25 years of experience, spanning diverse industries including healthcare, pharmaceutcals, fnancial services, and both multnatonal and homegrown companies. He spent a signifcant porton of his career with the Kotak Group, where he managed HR for highly regulated businesses such as commercial banking, investment banking, wealth management, and asset reconstructon. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the merger of ING Vysya with Kotak Bank, where his exceptonal people management skills were integral to harmonizing the merger process from a human resources perspectve. Shri Vivek is known for his ability to engage with people at all organizatonal levels, aligning HR strategies with the company's vision and goals. His coaching abilites have contributed to building strong talent pipelines and ensuring efectve succession planning. Throughout his career, he has driven key initatves such as leadership development programs in collaboraton with prestgious insttutons like Harvard and IIM-A. These programs have helped nurture leadership excellence and foster a robust talent pool.
