CASA DI MODA BRUNELLO CUCINELLI: Resignations of Ms. Emanuela Bonadiman, Independent Director

Solomeo, June 14th, 2024 - Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. – Casa di Moda operating in the luxury goods sector, listed on the Mercato Telematico Azionario of Borsa Italiana (now Euronext) - informs that on June 13th, 2024 it received the resignations of the independent and non-executive Director, Ms. Emanuela Bonadiman.

Ms. Emanuela Bonadiman - appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 27th , 2023 and belonging to the minority list submitted by Amundi Asset Management SGR S.p.A.; Arca Fondi Sgr S.P.A.; BNP Paribas Asset Management; Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A.; Eurizon Capital S.A.; Fideuram Asset Management Ireland; Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking Asset Management Sgr S.P.A.- held the position of Chairman of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee and Member of the Control and Risk Committee (which also acts as a Related Parties Committee).

Ms. Bonadiman stated that she resigned for personal reasons.

As far as the Company is aware, Ms. Bonadiman did not hold any shares in Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. on the date of her resignations. It should be noted that Ms. Bonadiman is not entitled to any indemnity or other benefits as a result of the termination of her office.

At a forthcoming meeting the Board of Directors, upon proposal of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee, will proceed to take the appropriate resolutions on the composition of the Committees.

The Board of Directors would like to express its sincerest and deepest gratitude to Ms. Emanuela Bonadiman for her commitment and dedication in carrying out her activities on behalf of the Company.
