Solomeo, 11 May 2026 - Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. (the "Company") announces with deep regret the passing of Katia Riva, Independent Director.

The Company remembers Katia Riva for her contribution to the work of the Board and its Committees, and for the competence, professionalism and constant dedication with which she carried out her role over these years. The thoughts of the Company and of those who shared her work are with her family.

The Board of Directors will meet in due course to take the resolutions relating to the replenishment of its composition, in compliance with applicable law and the Company's by-laws.
