BRUNELLO CUCINELLI: notice of publication of lists of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors.

Solomeo, 3 rd April 2023 – As to the Shareholders Meeting of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. convened in a single call for 27th April 2023, to be held at 10 a.m. at the Cucinelli Theatre 2, in Via Giovine Italia, Solomeo, Corciano (PG), Italy, the Company informs that the lists for the appointment of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A., have been filed as follows:

• Board of Directors List No. 1 proposed by the majority shareholder FORO DELLE ARTI S.R.L., owning 50.05% of the Company's Share Capital;
• Board of Statutory Auditors List No. 1 proposed by the majority shareholder FORO DELLE ARTI S.R.L., owning 50.05% of the Company's Share Capital;
• Board of Directors List No. 2 proposed by a group of asset management companies and institutional investors, owner of a compounded shareholding of approx. 2.43% of the Company's Share Capital;
• Board of Statutory Auditors List No. 2 proposed by a group of asset management companies and institutional investors, owner of a compounded shareholding of approx. 2.43% of the Company's Share Capital.

Please be informed that, having been filed a minority list for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the term provided for in Article 144-sexies, § 5, of CONSOB Regulation (Regolamento Emittenti), will not be extended.

The lists, together with the accompanying documentation required by law and the By-laws, are available at the Company's registered office, on the "eMarket Storage" system () and on the Company's website (http://investor.brunellocucinelli.com).
