PRESS RELEASE: CASA DI MODA BRUNELLO CUCINELLI: Resignations of Ms. Anna Chiara Svelto, Independent Director

Solomeo, 3 May 2022 - Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. – Casa di Moda operating in the luxury goods sector, listed on the Mercato Telematico Azionario of Borsa Italiana (now Euronext) - informs that today it received the resignations, having immediate effect, of the independent and non-executive Director, Ms. Anna Chiara Svelto.

Ms. Anna Chiara Svelto - appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting on 21 May 2020 and belonging to the majority list submitted by Fedone S.r.l. - held the position of Chairman of the Control and Risk Committee (which also acts as a Related Parties Committee) and Chairman of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee, and the position of "lead independent director".

Ms. Svelto stated that she resigned for professional reasons.

As far as the Company is aware, Ms. Svelto did not hold any shares in Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. on the date of her resignations. It should be noted that Ms. Svelto is not entitled to any indemnity or other benefits as a result of the termination of her office.

At a forthcoming meeting the Board, upon proposal of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee, will proceed to take the appropriate resolutions on the composition of the Committees.

The Board of Directors thanks Ms. Anna Chiara Svelto for the fruitful activity carried out until now in favour of the Company.
