Roof Works on Hunslet Road Site

The Company will shortly be embarking on the replacement of the main roof of its factory and group headquarters in Leeds.  This is necessary given its age. 

To deliver these works, the Company has today executed a contract with NU Construction for a contract sum of £1.828m. The works will commence in February 2025.  It is intended that this will  be financed by taking up a bank loan, as agreed in principle with the Company's bank. A further announcement will be made when the bank loan documentation is executed.
