Auditor Appointment

Following the completion of a formal tender process for our Group external audit, the board has approved the appointment of Azets as the Group's auditor.  Kirk Newsholme, who have been the Group's auditor since 2009 did not participate in the tender process due to the length of their tenure and have now resigned as auditors. 

Azets will report on the Group's financial statements for the year ending 31st December 2024.   The re-appointment of Azets for the year ending 31st December 2025 will be subject to the approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in June 2025.

In accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act, Kirk Newsholme have deposited a statement with the Company confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.

Commenting on the change, Nicholas Braime, Chairman, said "Kirk Newsholme have been the Group's auditor since 2009.  On behalf of the board, we would like to thank them for the professionalism and care they have demonstrated in their external role over many years.  We look forward to a constructive and professional relationship with Azets as the Group embarks on its next phase of growth".
