CORRECTION OF APPENDIX 3B

The Company wishes to correct an error in the Appendix 3B lodged by BPH on 23 July 2020. This Appendix 3B disclosed “Sixty Two Capital Limited” and “Grandbridge Limited” in response to question 7E.1a – Who is the lead manager/broker , however Grandbridge Limited was neither a lead manager nor broker to this placement.

In addition, the Appendix 3B also indicated the shareholders meeting to approve the associated share options would be held around 31st August 2020. The latest estimate of this shareholders’ meeting is now Wednesday 30th September 2020.
