BPH Energy Ltd (ACN 095 912 002) ( Company ) gives notice of a General Meeting ( Notice of Meeting ), which is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 9th April 2026 at 1pm at 15 View Street, North Perth WA 6006 .

In accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting to shareholders, unless a shareholder has requested a hard copy. The Notice of Meeting can be accessed from the Company's website - www.bphenergy.com.au/ or from the Company’s ASX announcements platform (ASX: BPH).

You are receiving this letter as the Company has no recorded email address associated with your holding in the Company. Included with this letter is your personalised Proxy Voting Form to allow you to vote at the General Meeting.
