BPH Energy Limited (ASX:BPH) (BPH or Company) refers to the announcement made on 21 August 2019 confirming the proposed issue of 282 million fully paid ordinary shares as set out in that announcement.

The estimated issue date was 21 August 2019, however the Company has only today issued an instruction to its registry to issue the shares. The issue date for the purposes of the Appendix 3B will now be 28 August 2019.

As BPH has been suspended for more than 5 trading days in the past 12 months, it will be issuing a “cleansing” prospectus to enable these shares to trade on ASX. Until the cleansing prospectus is lodged, the shares will have a holding lock placed on them.
