REMINDER: OPTIONS PLACEMENT OFFER EXTENDED TO 3 FEBRUARY 2026 – ACT NOW TO SECURE YOUR ENTITLEMENT AND SHORTFALL OPTIONS
Dear Shareholder
BPH Energy Limited (“ BPH ” or the “ Company ”) (ASX:BPH) reminds eligible participants that the options placement offer ( Offer ) under the prospectus lodged with ASIC and ASX on 2 December 2025 (Prospectus), together with the Supplementary Prospectus dated 14 January 2026, has been extended and is scheduled to close at 4:00pm (AWST) on Tuesday, 3 February 2026.
This Offer represents an opportunity at just $0.001 per option ( New Option ) to maintain or increase your exposure to BPH’s ongoing development in energy and resources, with New Options exercisable at $0.03 on or before the date that is 12 months from the date of issue.
The Company encourages all eligible participants to take up their full entitlement to New Options. Additionally, you may apply for shortfall options in excess of your Entitlement – allocations will be at the Board's absolute discretion.
Directors David Breeze and Tony Huston have already taken up their full entitlements (9,121,678 and 1,542,762 New Options respectively) following shareholder approval received at at the Company’s AGM on 28 November 2025.
Funds raised (up to approximately $611,612 before expenses) will be used for general working capital, supporting BPH's strategic initiatives in a dynamic energy market. The Company will apply for quotation of the New Options.
