RE: REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, BPH Energy Limited (“BPH” or “the Company”) requests that trading in the Company’s securities be suspended from trading on 17 August 2022.
The Company makes this request pending the release of an announcement ("Announcement") regarding the successful completion of a capital raising.
It is expected that the suspension will last until Thursday, 18th August or the Company releasing the Announcement, whichever occurs earlier.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
