CORRECTION TO ANNOUNCMENT OF BPH ENERGY LTD RAISING UP TO $1.9 MILLION TO ACCELERATE FUNDING OF HYDROCARBON INVESTMENTS

Further to the announcement of 18 August 2022, there is a correction to the anticipated date of grant of a one (1) for eight (8) Loyalty Option to all eligible BPH shareholders.

The original announcement read that this date was “on or around late September 2023”, whereas it should have read “on or around late September 2022.”
