RE: EXTENSION TO RIGHTS ISSUE TIMETABLE

Pursuant to the Rights Issue timetable set out in the Company’s announcement of 24 August 2022, the directors wish to amend the timetable as follows:

	Last day to extend the Closing Date	Monday 19 September 2022
	Closing Date for Entitlement Offer*	Thursday 22 September 2022
	Shares quoted on a deferred settlement basis	Friday 23 September 2022
	Announcement of results of issue	Tuesday 27 September 2022
	Issue date and lodgement of Appendix 2A with ASX applying for	Thursday 29 September 2022
	quotation of the securities

*The Directors may extend the Closing Date by giving at least 3 Business Days’ notice to ASX prior to the Closing Date. As such the date the Securities are expected to commence trading on ASX may vary.

The extension to the timetable is as a result of some shareholders notifing the Company that their Entitlement and Acceptance Form had not been received in the mail.
