RE: REQUEST FOR EXTENSION TO RIGHTS ISSUE TIMETABLE
Pursuant to the Rights Issue timetable set out in the Company’s announcement of 24 August 2022, and the updated timetable released by the Company on 13 September 2022, the Directors confirm the Rights Issue closed on Friday, 23 September 2022.
The Directors wish to amend the timetable released on 13 September 2022 and replace it with the following:
