BPH ENERGY LTD LOYALTY OPTIONS OFFER TIMETABLE UPDATE
BPH Energy Limited (“ Company ”) refers to its loyalty options offer of one (1) option (“ Loyalty Option ”) for every eight (8) Shares held by eligible shareholders at an issue price of $0.004 per Loyalty Option (“ Loyalty Options Offer ”) and the updated timetable announced on 3 November 2022.
The Company released a prospectus on 25 November 2022 (“ Prospectus ”) in relation to the Loyalty Options Offer.
The Company wishes to advise that the Appendix 3B has been lodged with the ASX on Monday, 28 November 2022 and accordingly, the timetable for the Loyalty Options Offer as set out in Section 1.1 of the Prospectus has been extended by one (1) day and is as follows:
