Record Date -Placement and Non-Renounceable Rights Issue

BPH Energy Limited ACN 095 912 002 ( ASX: BPH ) (the Company ) confirms further detail in relation to its upcoming rights issue ( Rights Issue ) as announced today.

Offer Document

The Company is in the process of completing the offer document ( Offer Document ) and it anticipates that the Offer Document will be lodged with ASX on Monday the 27th July 2020. At that time, subject to ASX prior approval, the Company will confirm the timetable for the Rights Issue, including the relevant record date. Investors who participated in the Placement will be eligible to participate in the Rights Issue.

At this stage, it is anticipated that the record date for determining entitlements the Rights Issue will be on or about 31 July 2020. Any shares purchased on market and settled prior to that date will be entitled to participate in the Rights Issue.
