COMPANY UPDATE

Further to the Company’s announcement on 7 January 2019 that its investee Cortical Dynamics Limited (“Cortical”) had engaged Enable Funding to undertake a capital raising of up to $2 million at a price of 10 cents per share and was also in discussions with other parties on its further funding, it now wishes to advise that Cortical intends to issue an Offer Information Statement to undertake a capital raising of up to $2 million at a price of 10 cents per share.
