RIGHTS ISSUE CLOSING DATE EXTENDED

BPH Energy Ltd ( ASX: BPH ) ( Company ) previously announced its proposal to undertake a non-renounceable entitlement offer of one (1) new ordinary fully paid share ( Share ) for every one (1) Share held by eligible shareholders registered at the record date at an issue price of $0.001 per Share to raise up to $1,186,237 ( Offer ).

The Board has resolved to extend the closing date of the Offer to 5.00 pm (WST) on 14 December 2018.

As a result of this change, the updated indicative timetable for the Offer is as follows:
