RIGHTS ISSUE TIMETABLE AMENDED

BPH Energy Ltd ( ASX: BPH ) ( Company ) previously announced its proposal to undertake a non-renounceable entitlement offer of one (1) new ordinary fully paid share ( Share ) for every one (1) Share held by eligible shareholders registered at the record date at an issue price of $0.001 per Share to raise up to $1,186,237 ( Offer ).

The timetable has been amended by one day for the notification of undersubscriptions, the entry of Shares into Shareholders’ security holdings, and quotation of Shares issued under the Offer.

As a result of this change, the updated indicative timetable for the Offer is as follows:
