BIOPHARMICA LIMITED COMPLETES CAPITAL RAISING
The Directors of BioPharmica Limited (“BPH”) are pleased to announce the completion of the capital raising announced in September 2009. A total of 100% of the current share capital has been placed raising approximately $12M before associated expenses.
Claymore Capital has acted as the lead broker in this successful capital raising.
The placement is subject to shareholder approval which will be sought at the General Meeting to be held on Thursday 24[th] December 2009.
