NOTICES RECEIVED UNDER SECTIONS 203D AND 249D OF THE COPRORATIONS ACT

BPH Energy Limited (ASX:BPH) has received a notice under section 203D of the
Corporations Act and a requisition of meeting notice under section 249D of the
Corporations Act.

The notices seek the removal of all current directors, and the appointment of
Peter King,  Barry Nicholson and Lun-Man Chiung as directors.

The Company is considering the validity of the notices.
