RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
BPH Energy Ltd wishes to advise the resignation of Director Ms Deborah Ambrosini.
Ms Ambrosini has resigned from her position as Director of the Company but she will continue in her role as Company Secretary.
Ms Ambrosini will be replaced by Mr Bruce Whan. Mr Whan is an experienced company director and is currently a director of Swinburne Ventures Limited (SVL). Under his management, SVL has established or become involved in 18 start-up companies which have attracted investment of over $16 million and presently enjoy annual operating revenues exceeding $3 million.
We would like to thank Ms Ambrosini for her substantial contribution to the Company.
