Biopharmica Limited wishes to announce that Mr Seng Yap has regretfully resigned as Chairman of Biopharmica due to family reasons.

Mr David Breeze replaces Mr Seng Yap, who will remain a Director of BioPharmica.

Mr Breeze has most recently held the position of Executive Director within BioPharmica.
