INTENDED RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

BioPharmica Limited wishes to advise the intended resignation of Director Mr Charles Murphy.

Mr Murphy intends to resign from his Board position because of the increased commitments in his other business interests. The formal resignation and appointment of a new Director is expected to be completed within the next few weeks.

Mr Murphy was a founding Director of BioPharmica Limited and the board would like to thank Mr Murphy for his very substantial contribution to the Company and wish him well with his future endeavours.
