UPDATE – BIOPHARMICA LIMITED 2009 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
BioPharmica Limited would like to provide shareholders with an update on the date of the 2009 Annual General Meeting (AGM) which was originally anticipated to be held on 12[th] of November 2009.
The Notice of Meeting for the 2009 AGM has been lodged with the relevant regulatory bodies and BioPharmica Limited is currently awaiting approval of this document.
An application for an extension to the required meeting date has been lodged with the ASIC and BioPharmica will advise the market of the new AGM date once details have been received.
