Status buyback of own shares
As announced on 28 February 2022 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to 800,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for employees.
From 11 April 2022 through 12 April 2022 the company bought 20,000 shares at an average price of NOK 69.9666. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.
The company has bought a total of 784,137 shares at an average price of NOK 67.8982 since 1. March.
After these transactions, the company owns 788,807 treasury shares.
