Statoil renews two important long-term contracts with Bouvet

Statoil has renewed its two biggest agreements with Bouvet, including one which covers IT system development, administration, consultancy and various support services. The other contract relates to Statoil's quality management system, where Bouvet delivers business process services, consultancy, technical IT support and various support services.

These agreements run for up 10 and six years respectively, and represent a substantial volume and value.

These agreements are also very important for our continued development."

Bouvet is a Scandinavian consultancy with more than 1 200 employees, which delivers services related to information technology, digital communication and advice. The company is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
