Trane AS has on 10 November 2022 purchased 4,000 shares at 55.15 NOK pr share. Trane AS is 100 percent owned by Tove Raanes, deputy chair of the Board, Bouvet ASA. After the transaction, Tove Raanes holds directly and indirectly 12,950 shares in Bouvet ASA.
