In connection with the share purchase program in Bouvet ASA, primary insiders of the Company have subscribed 10,063 shares at NOK 56.58 per share.

In addition 16,810 bonus shares are granted to primary insiders that participated in the share incentive program for 2019. The bonus shares are free of charge.
