Oslo, November 15th 2010: The employees of Bouvet ASA

has today acquired a total of 58179 shares in Bouvet

ASA through the company's employee share purchase

program. 72 Percent of the employees participated in

the program. The employees were given a 20 percent

discount on the share price. The purchase price was

NOK 46,40 per share. 1548 shares were purchased

by primary insiders of the company.
