Change of CFO in Bouvet

CFO Erik Stubø is leaving his present position at Bouvet ASA with effect from 1 July 2021. He will continue to be employed by the company in an advisory capacity until his retirement in the first half of 2022.

Trude Hole has been appointed as Bouvet’s new CFO with effect from the same date. She has been with the company for nine years, as a senior adviser, vice president communications and, most recently, as vice president business design.

Hole has an MSc in engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a Master of Technology Management from the NTNU in collaboration with the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and the MIT Sloan School of Management.
