The Annual General Meeting in Bouvet ASA was held on 24th of May 2018. The meeting adopted all items as proposed. The protocol is enclosed.

A dividend of NOK 8.50 per share will be paid to the company's shareholders per the date of the Annual General Meeting, 24th of May 2018. The shares will be noted ex-dividend from 25th of May 2018. Pay-out date for the dividend will be 5th of June 2018.
