Protocol from Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting in Bouvet ASA was held on 23rd of May

2017. The meeting adopted all items as proposed. The protocol is

enclosed.

A dividend of NOK 7.00 per share will be paid to the company's

shareholders per the date of the Annual General Meeting, 23rd of May

2017. The shares will be noted ex-dividend from 24th May 2017. Pay-

out date for the dividend will be 2nd of June 2017.
