Board's approval of final accounts 2014

16. April 2015: The Board of Bouvet ASA has approved

the 2014 Annual Accounts for the Bouvet Group and

the parent company.

The final Annual Accounts are in accordance with the

preliminary accounts for 2014 published on 24th

February 2015, together with the Q4 2014 Interim

Report.

The Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting

to pay a dividend of NOK 5,00 per share for the

financial year 2014.

A full Annual Report will be published at the

company's website (www.bouvet.no) and at Oslo Stock

Exchange together with the notice convening the

Annual General Meeting, planned to be held on 19th

May 2015.
