Description

The securities of Botanix Pharmaceuticals Limited (‘BOT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of BOT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 5 April 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR A TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Botanix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX:BOT) ( Company ) requests a trading halt of its shares from ASX with immediate effect.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The reason for the trading halt is in order that the Company can make an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Wednesday 5 April 2023 or when the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.

3. The Company expects the event which will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 above.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
