Annual General Meeting

Philadelphia PA and Perth Australia,6 September 2022 : Clinical dermatology and antimicrobial company, Botanix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: BOT, “Botanix” or “the Company”), advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that it has scheduled the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on 3 November 2022.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. The closing date for the receipt of director nominations is Monday , 19 September 2022. Nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Monday 19 September 2022.
