2022 yılı karından vergiler düşüldükten sonra kalan net dağıtılabilir dönem karından, ödenmiş sermayenin % 5'inin ortaklara I. Temettü (1.406.250,00 TL) olarak, bakiye karın % 5'inin intifa senedi sahiplerine, 3.500.000,00 TL'nin yönetim kurulu üyelerine, 407.327.709,67 TL'nin ortaklara II. Temettü olarak dağıtılmasına ve şirket esas sözleşmesine göre genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmasına, böylelikle 2022 yılı için ortaklarımızın hukuki durumlarına bağlı olarak brüt % 1.453,28, net % 1.307,95 oranında toplam brüt 408.733.959,67 TL kar payının 29 Mart 2023 tarihinde nakden ödenmesine oy çokluğuyla karar verildi.
