It invests in the Borusan Group Companies, operating in the steel, distributorship, automotive, logistics, and energy sectors and provides financial, organizational and management services. It participates in the steel division of the group, which is comprised of Borusan Mannesmann Boru Yatirim Holding and Borcelik Celik; the distributorship group including Borusan Otomotiv, Borusan Manheim and Borusan Makina ve Guc Sistemleri, the logistics division, consisting of Borusan Lojistik Dagitim Depolama Tasimacilik, the energy division which includes Borusan EnBW Enerji. The Company also has investments in Supsan Motor Supaplari, a manufacturer of valves and valve accessories for internal combustion engines; Borusan Elektronik Motorlu Araclar Acik Arttirma, and Borusan Teknolojik Yatirimlar Holding A.S.
