Borregaard: Mandatory notification of trade options

12.07.2016: Borregaard ASA ("Borregaard", OSE ticker: BRG)

On 12 July 2016, in connection with Borregaard's option programme, 80,000

options in Borregaard shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 15.18 per

share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Borregaard shares

is 1,033,800. Borregaard owns 368,880 treasury shares representing 0.37% of

total shares outstanding.
